Cleanup
All catering includes cleaning our own work space. Arrangements can be made for additional cleanup if you wish.
Extra Labor
We are happy to provide extra labor for bartending, cake cutting and champagne pouring. Please make arrangements in advance to enable us to schedule extra help.
Deposit
At the time you book your catered event, we collect a deposit to reserve your date. A catering consultant will advise you of the amount.
Final Payment
All catering activites are payable at the time we complete our service unless previous arrangements have been made. We gladly except checks or cash payment.
Firming Up Attendance Numbers
A firm number of guests to be served is expected at least seven days prior to your catered event. Last minute changes are subject to extra charge to cover material and labor cost.
Condiments
All buffets and dinners include plastic plates, knives, forks, spoons, and napkins. We can also provide china, silverware, and glassware for an additional charge.
Locating Sites
We are happy to recommend locations for your catering event. Just ask us, and we will share our years of experience with you.
Gratuities
A 15% gratuity will be charged to all parties that are prepared and served. 18% will be added to all partys cooked on location.
