Hi Frank,

I just wanted you to know how pleased I was with your catering for Krissy and Zach's wedding celebrations of August 14/15.
So many guests talked about the wonderful food, even my picky, vegetarian brother declared it wonderful. My very favorite was the thai chicken kabobs on Friday night. The chicken was just so moist and flavorful. Also, the corn was a big hit. You assured me when I met you in June that no one would know it was canned corn and you were right. I am a big foodie and your part in all of this was very important to me. I was thrilled with the results.
Your staff was very competent, helpful, friendly and accommodating. Everyone was just terrific and many guests commented about this to me.
I found you easy to work with and have much appreciation for your help with planning a great menu for each night.
We were assured by both Linda, The Cake Lady, and Phil Wise the photographer, that you were the best. I could not agree more and I am sorry that I live 3,000 miles away and really cannot recommend you to others. However, there were many "locals" at the wedding and I hope they repay you with some of their business.
This was a complex project for me to stage a wedding in a state that I had never visited before June. Krissy did find all the vendors and several of you recommended others that we used. It could not have turned out anymore perfect and I am so grateful to all of you that made this happen.

Dear Frank and the Gang

Just want to say "great job" for the catered bbq for our family reunion. The salmon was some of the best we have ever tasted. It was a real treat for the Cal. Utah, Colorado, Florida relatives to taste NW salmon. The tri tip was cooked perfectly, not overdone, and was tender. The side dishes were wonderful and the dessert to die for. Everyone raved about the whole meal and the professional manner of the event. Please express our appreciation to your son and crew. We will certainly look forward to coming to your Deli and using you again if the need arises. Please feel free to use us as a reference anytime.

I just wanted to thank you for the service you provided. Right from the start, when I first called, you were very helpful in planning the menu and assisting me with picking out the food that would best suit my event. You were timely with providing the invoices and receipt of my deposit. When I came to pick up the food it was ready and you helped me take it out to my car. Best of all, the food was delicious and there was plenty of it! I received many compliments and, in turn, was able to compliment you on your service to those at the event.

Good customer service is hard to come by. I truly appreciate the service that you provided and look forward to using Country Catering again.

Hi Frank,

I just wanted to let you know how much everyone loved the food for our 7-11-09 party. You guys did a great job and we were very pleased with everything. My grandson leaves for the service next Monday, 7-20 and we had a great send off party for him. Of course everyone asked where the food came from so hopefully the referrals will be good.
